Like many pet owners, I love animals! My thirst for knowledge of “everything dogs” began several years ago when my family adopted a rescued Patterdale Max and then a few years later another rescued Patterdale (Archie) became part of the family. Since having Max and Archie in my life, I’ve spent countless hours learning about animal behaviour, dog training, animal nutrition and best practices for caring for a happy, healthy pet.

Before I came across My Best Friend I held various office-based positions which left me craving the outdoors especially since I’d just returned from a year in the Canadian Rockies skiing and hiking. I would daydream of the country walks I like to take my 2 Patterdales on whenever the opportunity arose, but with the work-life balance I now have running my own dog care business I can do this more regularly and take your best friend on the same adventures myself, Max and Archie love to go on.

The passion I have for dogs, as well as being driven to start my own business is the motivation behind joining forces with My Best Friend, as well as the desire to provide an excellent high-quality dog care service in Preston and Blackpool.
