How do I create a dog walker advertisement?

First you need to register an account where you provide your name, email address and a password you will use to log in to the site.

Once the registration form is submitted you will be automatically redirected to the ‘create a post’ form. Here you can fill in all of the details of your dog walking business, such as business name, phone number, website address etc.


How do I edit or delete my dog walker advertisement?

Log in to the site and visit your User Dashboard. Here you can edit or delete your post.

Note: deleting your post will not delete your account (username and password etc.). To do this see instructions below.


How do I edit my account details (email address, password etc.)?

Log in to the site and visit your User Dashboard. Then visit the ‘Edit your Account Details’ page:


How do I delete my account?

From your User Dashboard, click the link for the ‘Edit your Account Details’ page, then scroll down the page and there you will find the option to delete your account.

This will remove your dog walker advertisement post and your account (username, password). This cannot be undone. (But you can always create a new account and dog walker advertising post in the future.)


How do I change my newsletter subscription options?

From your User Dashboard, click the link for the ‘Edit your Account Details’ page, then scroll down the page, and there you will find the option to change your newsletter subscription.

Our newsletter includes guides and tips on growing your dog walking business, plus great offers and specially selected products that can help you to run your business.

Opting out of the newsletter does not include essential emails such as password reminders and notifications about your dog walker listing. You can’t opt out of these emails as they are required for the management of your listing.


I created an advertisement on the old website (pre-2021), how do I update it?

If you created your dog walker advertisement post on the old version of our website (pre 2021), you can create a password by inputting your email address (it must be the same email address used on your post. If you no longer have access to this email address contact us).

Once your password is created you can log in to the site and you will see your post listed on your account dashboard.
