I have worked and cared for dogs both voluntarily and professionally for the past 12 years.
I’ve walked dogs for a number of different Rescues as well as carried out home checks and assessed dogs for their suitability for re homing. I have spent time in Eastern Europe supporting the rescue and re homing of street dogs and my current companion is Valley my 3 legged Croation Shepherd X. If your pooch would like the company of another mate during our time together then she will be happy to join us.
I have worked as supervisor for a doggy day care service in South Wales caring for up to 30 dogs a day.
I have studied dog behaviour and have certificates on file. I am currently studying for a certificate in Canine Nutrition I have helped prepare Rescue dogs for re homing and supported dog owners with their questions and concerns about their dogs. I’m a life long student of cynomorphism ‘ the manner in which a dog sees the world, including their attribution of doglike characteristics to …. humans’.
I am happy to offer a walking /sitting service to any breed of dog as well as all ages – from the crazy puppy stage up to the sensitive and sometimes challenging needs of the older dog.
There will be a free initial assessment to discuss your requirements, dogs needs and to sign a service agreement.
(Personal liability Insurance, DBS checked, Canine First Aid, are available to see on request).
