My name is Chris and I have over 15 years experience owning and looking after animals. I have owned several dogs including a German Shepherd, Labrador, Schnauzer and Cockapoo. I have also had Cats, Rabbits and Hamsters. As I have grown up around animals I cannot imagine my life without them.
I ended my 10 year career with West Yorkshire Police to start my Dog Walking and Pet Care business and I haven’t looked back. I have a genuine passion for animals and understand that every pet has its own personality and individual needs.
As a pet owner myself I understand how difficult it can be when working, going on holiday or even just out for the day. That’s why I decided to start ” The Dogs Out” to provide a service that I would want for my pets.
I pride myself on reliability, honesty and my professional approach which is why I am fully insured and CRB checked. I cover the Huddersfield area.
Dog Walking
I offer a flexible dog walking service in the Huddersfield, West Yorkshire area. I can collect your dog and guarantee a 45 minute walk before returning your dog home again. Dogs are walked (if compatible) in groups of a maximum of four so they can enjoy socialising and have a fun, enjoyable walk. This maybe on or off the lead depending on owners requirements but also ensuring high levels of safety and control are maintained at all times.
I also understand that not all dogs enjoy a group walk, so I provide individual dog walks for dogs who are unsociable, senior or nervous.
Puppy/Kitten Visits
I can call in during the day to feed, water, clean any mess your puppy/kitten has made and take on short lead walk or trip to the garden. These visits are 30 – 40 mins.
Feeding Service
My feeding service ensures that you can go on your holiday, weekend away or business trip without having to worry about your small pet. These visits are 20 – 30 mins.
I also provide a dog/pet taxi service as I understand it’s not always possible to get your dog to the vets or groomers yourself.
