Hi, Im Liz McCormick and Theo and Friends was founded by me. I can help you come home to a happy, relaxed and well exercised dog.
I work in Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead and the surrounding areas and offer Dog Adventure Treks and Mini Adventure walks for your dog. I also provide a Small Pet Visit service to take care of your smaller furry friends.
Having my own pets, I understand the difficulties and worries we all face to make sure our pets are cared for when we cant be around. Let me help you!
I have a great love of animals and Im dedicated to providing a service to my clients to look after your pets in the way that you would. I make sure that they stay safe and I will adapt my behaviour to your dogs needs. I am keen to use positive reinforcement techniques. These are enjoyable for the dog and developing my relationship with them.
I believe that a happy pet requires physical as well as mental stimulation and I have designed my Dog Adventure Treks and Mini Adventure Walks with this in mind.
If your pooch is particularly active, then a tailor-made Dog Adventure Trek could be exactly what youre looking for. Taken to various seaside and country locations, your dog will explore and socialise in a group of up to 4 dogs. It wont all be socialising though as well as fun games, your dog will engage in scent work and parkour to keep their minds alert!
For our furry friends who like to take life at a slower pace, why not try a Mini Adventure Walk. These walks are less physically and mentally demanding for your dog but still have plenty of interaction with a bit of adventure thrown in for good measure.
If you have a smaller pet who requires feeding or a bit of company whilst you are at work or away, then my Small Pet Visit service could be the solution. I will visit your pet up to twice a day to feed and water them. I will also spend time engaging in play, games and snuggles.
