We discuss your arrangements and requirements in person with you. Once you contact Barton Paws to Doors, we will make an appointment with you to meet you and your animals that require our services. This allows you to be happy and confident in what we do, and how we do it.

Once an initial discussion has taken place, we will leave you with the documents that you will require to read and understand prior to agreeing to the Barton Paws to Doors Terms and Conditions.

We understand that your pets are part of your family, and will ensure that they are taken care of in a way that you can feel comfortable leaving them in our care whilst you need us to help. We will pick your dog up from your own home and ensure that they are back safe and sound, content and tired; ready for the return of their owner.

Dog walking is not the only service, we also offer: One off services Regular slots for dog walking Dog Toilet Breaks Small Animal Feedings Puppy Caring and Socialising Pet Taxi Group Dog Walks: Group Dog walks are offered for all different breeds, abilities and natures. There is a maximum of four dogs on all group walks.

Due to the different natures and abilities or all dogs, is necessary for a free initial consultation to take place prior to Barton Paws to Doors walking and caring for any dog. This gives you the peace of mind that your dog is always looked after in a professional and careful manner.

All dogs on a group walk need to be sociable and happy to be around other dogs and people. If you request your dog(s) to be walked off lead, or to be let off the lead whilst on a field walk, a signed off lead permission form will be required. It is possible for dogs on our walks to be walked on or off the lead whilst in the fields. If you would rather your dog to be walked off the lead, then a short walk with yourself and Barton Paws to Doors will be necessary.

This is to ensure that the commands and training you have covered is completed in the same way whilst in Barton Paws to Doors care. The full initial assessment will outline all requirements necessary. All dogs can be transported using the specially designed dog carrying van.

Dogs are made to feel comfortable and relaxed whilst travelling and have their own section to be transported in. Individual Walks: Barton Paws to Doors understands that you may not want your dog to be walked in a group, so individual walks are offered.

If Barton Paws to Doors collect your dog from your home whilst you are out, you can be comfortable knowing that we have insurance to cover incidents that may occur, such as loss of keys. Full Insurance details can be given to you if requested.
