Welcome to Red’s Dog Services! My name is Rose and I started Red’s Dog Services to provide a compassionate and professional dog walking service for dog owners that require help. I left a well paid job in order to pursue my dream of exploring the countryside with dogs and helping as many people as possible. This passion for animals comes from growing up with dogs, training them with my dad for years, walking them and competing them. I have spent countless hours volunteering in many dog rescue kennels, cleaning and caring for them, and so I am confident with all dogs, whatever shape or size! Exercise is absolutely vital for your dog’s physical and mental well being. It will help with their behaviour (such as excessive licking, barking, chewing, digging) and so the benefits of a good walk don’t just end when you get home. I also understand the guilty feeling of walking out of the door in the morning, looking at your dog and knowing that they’re not going to get any exercise until later on that evening because of work commitments, so I wanted to help! I am: – Fully insured – CRB checked – first aid certified for dogs and other small animals – Available 6 days a week I take phone calls between 8am and 8pm Our walks will be in fields, woods, through rivers and a little bit of road walking too. I will always tailor to whatever your dog needs and can pair/group them with other dogs alike so that they get that all important socialisation too. On return, they will always get fresh water and a towel dry when needed, so no muddy houses on your return! Home visits for any senior, injured dogs or puppies are also tailored and always include a water change, letting out and lots of love and attention. I can also help with other requests such as: feeding, brushing, dispensing medication or playing scent games to keep them mentally stimulated. Just ask and I will be more than happy to help. Whilst in my care, your dog will be treated like family. They will be loved and cared for as if they are my own.
