Hi, my name is Jen and I have had pets all my life, I currently own a rescue dog, Star. We have a large converted dining room big enough and licensed for one large dog, two medium dogs or three small dogs, from the same household. The room is warm and comfy, carpeted, heated and containing two large dog beds.

Star Paws & Claws have insurance with ‘Pet Business Insurance’ and our premises have been inspected by a licensing officer from Ashfield District Council, and passed. All dogs will need to be vaccinated and flead.

Fully insured.
CRB checked.
Fully licensed by the local authority.
We want to look after your loved ones the way you way we look after our own pets. You dog will have its own large room, and access to a large secure back garden.
Our home is based in Ashfield, on the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire border, where there are lots of lovely, safe walks for your dogs to enjoy and explore, in woods and open fields.

We only walk one to three dogs from the same household.
1 hour walk £10, extra £2 for another dog from the same household.
30 minutes short walk £7.50, extra £1.50 for another dog from the same
household. Time includes collection, travelling to walk area, and drop-off
back to your home.

Doggy day care: £16 inc. walk and meal. £5 additional pet same household.
Boarding: Up to 24 hours overnight care, medium / large dogs £25
including 2 walks and 2 meals. £10 additional pet from same household.
Small dog £20, £7.50 additional small dog.
Cat / dog / puppy / rabbit visit with feed, play and one litter box / one
hutch clean (owner to provide litter / bedding material), no charge for
extra pet from same household. £7.50
