Established in 2016, Purrfect Pet Care is an award winning pet care business based in the Nottinghamshire area.

I, Ellie, set up this business with the vision of providing nothing short of the best care for other people’s pets when they cannot- whether that be walking their dogs, feeding their snakes, or mucking out their horse.

As a worrisome pet owner (more like petting zoo owner, honestly…), I know just how hard it is to find the perfect carer for your beloved furry (and not so furry) family members when you cannot. My promise to all my customers is that their pets will not only be loved as my own, but cared for as my own too. I thrive to provide only the best care humanly possible for any animals that I am given the pleasure of looking after, and will go above and beyond to keep any of your best friends prospering in my care.

I am a highly experienced individual, and have prior experience in all different aspects of the animal world- from working with unbroken horses and baby farmyard animals, to volunteering in kennels and working in specialist aquatics shops, I have done (and loved every moment of it) all!

I’m not afraid of the hard work that comes alongside caring for animals, and do not see it as an easy way to play with puppies all day. I am more than willing to cater exactly to your pets needs, despite difficult behaviours, dietary and health needs, medical issues etc. who others may turn down. I have a wide range of experience with this, from defensive rescued reptiles to unbroken horses to socially anxious dogs.

With my wide love for animals of all kinds, I have spent my spare time studying them in all and any ways I can- from completing qualifications both online and at colleges, to learning the Latin names and reading scientific studies on newly discovered invertebrates.
