Welcome to Paw Pals Saltburn, Redcar & Cleveland! Kathryn welcomes you to her dog walking, pet sitting and boarding service in Saltburn, Redcar, Guisborough, Eston and the surrounding areas with the help of Sally, Star and Jack. Kathryn grew up being surrounded by pets from a young age; cats, rabbits and many dogs, including an old English sheepdog, a rescue greyhound and three very wilful chocolate Labradors! After many years of being called upon by family and friends to look after their pets for holidays, Kathryn decided to make the career and lifestyle change of her life; swapping caring for children and their families to caring for pets and their families. Kathryn joined the Paw Pals network in 2014 and is now the proud owner of Paw Pals Saltburn, Redcar & Cleveland offering bespoke and loving pet care to the whole area. Not on her own of course, but with the help of her gorgeous dogs, Star, a rescue from the RSPCA and Sally who she re-homed through local charity Saltburn Animal Rescue Association (SARA).
The business is very family orientated. Her partner Kevin will be helping out when he can around work. He has extensive experience with dogs, cats and horses and would quite happily live in a zoo if he could! Kathryns Mum will also be manning the business telephone and acting as a host family. Kathryn is keen to build on her knowledge of pet care. She is trained in Pet First Aid and is working towards a Pet Home Sitting & Dog Walking qualification, accredited by The Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour and Training. She is also fully insured, police checked and licenced for looking after your pets in your home or hers. She is also a full member of The Pet Industry Federation, a membership body for professional, pet specialist businesses.
