I’ve always had a special affinity with dogs, and working with them is a dream.

Growing up, we had two collies, Sam and Ben. I chose Ben. There was something about him that made him stand out amongst his litter of pups. He taught me unconditional love. I remember lying on the kitchen floor with him whenever I needed a hug.

When I moved out, I adopted Dillon. Dillon is a cocker spaniel and my best friend. When he was 6 years old, he had to have a spinal operation. Training him, rehabilitating him and then keeping him a good state of health has been a difficult and rewarding path. He’s 12 now, and I’m so proud of the comments I get about how young he looks and how his tail constantly wags.

My love for all the dogs in my life was the reason I began Bonnie Moments. Life often gets in the way of our quality time with our pets, and I wanted to make sure that there was always someone there for our pups when their owners can’t be. Just like they are for us.
