Sharon (the founder of Pet Guardians) has over 25 years of experience with dogs, cats and small pets. She has grown up with many different breeds of dogs and cats as well as small animals and went on to become a dog, cat and small pet owner herself after leaving home and still is. She has always been passionate about animals, and has completed a dog grooming qualification with Distinctions. She also holds a Pet Sitting Diploma (which includes dog walking) and has a pet first aid certificate.

At Pet Guardians, we strongly believe that pets deserve to enjoy life just as much as we do. That they deserve to be loved and have as much attention and affection as we would like as human beings. To us, all pets, no matter what size, how cute or how loving they are, deserve to be happy and content and that’s where Pet Guardians come in to help, as we understand that you can’t always be there to provide all these things for your pet, as much as you would like to.

While you’re at work or play, holiday or a weekend away, we can be there to make sure your pets are happy, exercised, fussed, fed, watered and have a cosy bed to rest in after all their fun!

Each pet is not just a number to us, but a friend. A friend we will treat with care, give all our attention to and make sure they are left happy and ready for their mum’s/dad’s return.

At Pet Guardians, we only take on team members who have been severely vetted and interviewed as well as being viewed on their interaction with animals. We insist on references, training, and do a DBS check for any new team members we take on.

Your keys are in safe hands as they are stored securely in coded safes. Your personal information is also stored securely so that only Pet Guardians have access to it. We take security very seriously at Pet Guardians.

We have large cars to transport animals in crates, as well as safety harnesses in place for the safe transportation of your pet(s).

If you do decide to try Pet Guardians, you can rest assured that your pets will be left in the safest hands and looked after just as you would. We will listen to all your requirements and do our best to accommodate them no matter how big or small.

Pet Guardians are fully insured which includes public liability for your peace of mind.
