Lucy Lloyd’s pet service is designed for all your pet needs, whether it be during the day while you’re at work or while you’re on holiday, we are here to help.

We are based in Bitterne Park and cover areas in and around Southampton including:
• Bitterne
• Woolston
• Totton
• Eastleigh
• Hedge End

We are:
• fully insured
• DBS checked and
• pet first aid certified.

The premises has undertaken fire and risk assessments to ensure that potential accidents are minimised.

Lucy is currently studying at the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) and has membership with the National Association or Registered Pet Sitters.

Lucy has always enjoyed animal psychology and frequently attended dog training classes with my own dogs including agility. Lucy is currently volunteering at a fantastic dog training school, The Pawfect Solution, with Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) trainer Shelley Tomkins. Shelley has been a great support and is extremely good at working with dogs and owners (follow the link on my recommendations). The experience gained from attending these classes has been invaluable and she looks forward to continuing these skills.

Lucy has been blessed to have owned several pets from dogs to cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and even rats, photos of these are placed around the website.

Before any service is booked, Lucy will meet with you to meet you and your pet to learn a bit more about them and to ensure we can provide the care they require. Please note that all dogs must not show aggression towards other dogs or people. Dogs staying will need to be happy with cats. We also regret that we are unable to walk, dog sit or board a dog in season but will be able to visit them at home throughout the day if required.
