The walks are structured around your dogs needs, if they are a high energy dog, there is more emphasis on going where they can run around freely, and join in some retrieving games, if however your dog is older and does not need as much exercise, the walk would be tailored around going somewhere where they can take it at their own pace, or to a river where they can play.
