• Insurance on all bookings: when you book with us, you will instantly be covered by our insurance policy, that covers emergency vet care, public liability and loss of keys. If you would like a insurance copy, please get in touch.

• Pet report: the Carer will complete and send the pet owner a pet report at the end of the walk or visit, which includes all the information they need to know, a brief description of how the visit went and some pictures.

• Tracked walks: all of our dog walks are fully GPS tracked. You will automatically receive a message at the end of the walk with a route map, in which you can check what time the Walker picked up/drop off your dog at home and the distance travelled during the walk.
