I produce a wet weather clothing accessory – The Schmutter Gutter. This hand made product attaches to the hem of a coat by means of hook and loop tape and catches rain water from off the coat and vents it by means of two lateral spouts before it falls onto and wets the legs. It can be removed after each walk and reattached when required or left on the coat permanently.
