My name is Richard Gibb and I have been a full time professional Dog Walker since 2009. I specialise in walking energetic dogs in safe countryside locations, so that they are able to stretch their legs properly and blow away the cobwebs; the way only dogs know how! Please take a look at my “Rogues Gallery”, to give you a good idea as to the type of walking that I do. The area that I cover is (KA7 & KA8) Ayr, South Ayrshire. Occasionally I am asked if I do Dog Grooming? To which I reply: “Actually, I do the exact opposite. You give me your dog nice and clean and I return them mockit; happy and tired, but mockit!” Joking aside, it’s important that I emphasise that due to the type of dog walking that I do, the dogs regularly come back very dirty, especially in winter time. I do of course towel them down on return and try to minimise the impact of this. All that said, I must be doing something right, as a good number of my regulars have been with me from the early days of 2009 & 2010. Through mud and scrapes, wet dog and fox poo smells, I can only thank my long suffering clients for their continued support.
