Hello and welcome to Carol’s Canny Paws where I offer a range of Pet Services including Dog and Puppy Training. I am a small independently owned business aiming to provide a high quality loving and reliable service for you and your pet. These services include dog walking, dog and puppy training, trick training, puppy consultations, pet visit/pop-ins, pet taxi and special occasions/events packages.
As you may have guessed, my name is Carol. I have over 20 years experience of caring for dogs and small animals. My love for animals began at a very young age and dogs have been a part of my family since I was a young child. I am also knowledgeable with rabbits having two house bunnies, Dotty and her Husbunny Burt. I have attended and completed a variety of courses with the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) which is an internationally recognised, accredited dog training organisation.
Courses I have completed with IMDT:
•Career as a Dog Trainer Course
•Practical Instructor Course
•Perfect Puppy Foundations Course

Other training I have completed:
•Qualified Canine First Aider
•Training in loose lead walking
•Recall training
•Trick training (which is a fun activity and can progress to a dog being trained as an assistance dog.)
I am currently studying to obtain a Diploma in Canine Behaviour and intend to have this completed by the end of the year.

I am fully insured including public liability and hold a current DBS certificate (Police checked).
